When initial confirmation of an order is sent to you, this is to simply to confirm that we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a full order acknowledgement or an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to make sure it is acceptable.
Once a contract is in place between us, it will not be possible for an order to be cancelled. The specification of your order is unique to you and we place all orders with our suppliers in good faith. Once the manufacturing process has started, we are committed to taking the goods ourselves.
We offer a huge variety of product variations and therefore it is not possible to keep stock holdings. With very few exceptions therefore, all our chairs are subject to manufacturing lead times which are normally between 3 and 5 weeks. We will confirm a delivery date as soon as we have one from the relevant factory. Rest assured that we use our best endeavours to get your chairs to you just as soon as possible.
All our prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the cart before payment is requested.
We are essentially a Business to Business supplier but are happy to supplier consumers who agree to our standard terms and condiditons.
We offer full manufacturers warranties. These are for a minimum of 5 years for standard office use (2 years for 24 hour use) and cover the replacement of parts which may have failed during normal use. Sometimes we are able to offer an on-site repair service and at other times the chair will need to be returned to us. Please check with us at the time.
Finally, we would like to thank you for considering us as your supplier. We look forward to having the opportunity to be of service to you. |
