DELIVERY CHARGES

Chairs are heavy bulky items but we keep our delivery charges to an absolute minimum. If you are geographically very close to us we will not charge you at all. If you are further afield, we apply a simple sliding scale based on order value, not per chair :

up to £250 - £15.00

£251 to 500 - £ 25.00

£501 to £750 - £ 35.00

£751 to £1,000 - £ 45.00

Over £ 1,000 - Free

This helps towards the cost of delivering single chairs and small orders and is a very nominal charge if you are ordering several chairs.

RETURNS

As we are a Business to Business supplier, we are not able to accept returns for any items unless they are of faulty manufacture. We do not keep stock and each and every order is a "Special", tailored to your own specific requirements. We are here to help you to make the right decision in the first place so that you are always happy with your purchases.
